Using ShareHearth

• You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account information, including your legal first and last name.
• ShareHearth is for genuine gratitude between people who really helped one another. Do not fabricate thanks, farm reputation, or manipulate the system.
• You are responsible for the content you post.

Zero tolerance for abusive content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You must not post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, illegal, or otherwise abusive. You can report content or users, and block other users, directly in the app. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms. Restriction is a deliberate, logged human decision reserved for genuine abuse.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a license to display it within the service as needed to run ShareHearth.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

Disclaimer

ShareHearth is provided "as is". Reputation scores are community signals, not a guarantee about any person. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here.
