Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 8 July 2026

ShareHearth (“we”, “the Service”) has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The protection of children is a non-negotiable priority, and these standards apply to every user, everywhere the Service is available.

ShareHearth is intended for adults (18+). It is a community for recognising real acts of kindness between adults, and is not directed to children.

You can also report a concern at any time by email to [email protected]. Reports may be made anonymously and are treated as urgent.
